THOMAS' 7TH BIRTHDAY!!!

I cannot believe my little boy is 7. I love him dearly! He's easy to please and gives such wonderful hugs! I didn't get pictures of his birthday dinner, but it's pretty much the same request...blueberry pancakes! I think he would eat them every single night, if he could chose what to have for dinner!

Thomas was especially thrilled about getting a remote-control airplane! He is obsessed with anything that involves a remote!

I included this picture because of the look on his face! His face tells EVERYTHING!

For his birthday cake, he chose oatmeal cake! YUMMY!!!
Ashley helped out with her talents by drawing R2D2 for his party the next morning!

Even Aylexie wanted to participate in this classic game!
...pin the light on R2D2!
...musical chairs...

Another classic...balloon stomping game!

Thomas LOVES Costco cake! He chose his favorite sport to play...soccer! We love you, Thomas!

HONOR ROLL

I was so proud of both of my girls to make it on the honor roll. Middle school is a challenging experience in and of itself, not to mention all the homework, but above it all, they are having lots of fun and enjoy life!

Aylexie and Alexandra got the same GPA-they don't have their core classes together, so I'm sure they don't cheat!

AYLEXIE'S 12TH BIRTHDAY

For Aylexie's 12th birthday party, she chose to have a late nighter with homemade pizza, snacks and for dessert, homemade oreo's. The girls were a little un-enthused about the oreo's until they took one bite---then they were in HEAVEN! What can I say? Cooking is my passion!!! I'm glad my Lexie loves chocolate as much as her mom!!! They had a ton of fun playing bingo, pit, dance dance revolution and just being silly!

For Aylexie's birthday dinner, she wanted homemade egg rolls. I added pears, celery & sugarsnap peas and for dessert....
(ISN'T ASHLEY AN AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHER???!!!)

HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CAKE!!!

I know, you want a bite...

ASHLEY-2010 SWIM TEAM-ALKI MIDDLE SCHOOL

Ashley loves to swim. She got up every morning at 5:45 to go practice. She usually swam backstroke, freestyle, and relay races. At districts, she placed 4th in relay and 6th in freestyle. On top of everything, she still maintained her 4.00!
Way to go, Ashley!!!
