LABOR DAY WEEKEND 9-6-10

Labor Day weekend was a sad day...we took our pool down. Fortunately, Thomas & Aylexie had fun helping!

I have to tell you, this was probably one of the best investments ever! Our friends have a pool and Jen convinced me to do it-notice the carpet padding underneath? That keeps your tootsies from getting stubbed-Thanks, Jen!

SALMON CREEK TRAIL WITH BECKMAN'S 8-28-10

Lance & Kristin came to visit us. It was a beautiful day, so we decided to walk the Salmon Creek Trail and dip our toes in the water!

Jeff-After we almost made it to our spot, Jeff realized he had left the keys in the ignition and had to run all the way back to get them-4 miles!

GOLF JR. INVITATIONAL- 8-10-10

Ashley & Aylexie worked very hard mid March-September on their golf skills.

They joined The First Tee of Portland in their Challenger series and were invited to participate in the Junior Invitational. They got to go to Nike Town and have lunch.

They did pretty good for their first tournament!

This summer, we got a pool for our backyard! What a fun way to spend hot days during summer! Here are a few pictures Ashley took...

What a fun day! Ashley's quite the photographer-I need to make sure I grab the camera and take some pictures of her, too!

SWIMMING AT HUDSON'S 7-8-10

These probably aren't the best quality pictures, but all I had with me is my Blackberry phone! We spent a warm, sunny afternoon with Jill and her kids at Dave & Donna Hudson's pool in Mukilteo, WA. It couldn't have been better!
