12-25-11 MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

 Here we are on Christmas morning!  We got up at 7:00 to see if Santa came…the kids were VERY excited!

The girls and I went to Sacrament Meeting after we opened presents from Santa.  I had to play the organ and we also sang in the choir.  Poor Thomas just didn’t feel very well.  Luckily, he didn’t throw up any more on Christmas day.  He just felt yucky.   

Ashley made this beautiful picture frame for Jeff.  He has always sung the “Goodnight, Sleep tight” song from the Lawrence Welk show to each of our kids when he tucks them in at night…

Jeff got me some AWESOME jeans!  I love them!!! 

Aylexie got some new shirts.

Thomas is patiently waiting to open his present.  We always take turns when we open gifts from each other.

Sadly, this is the only picture of Zulla we took on Christmas day.  She was a little bit nervous about all the craziness of opening presents!

12-24-2011 CHRISTMAS EVE

Everyone was VERY excited to open Christmas Eve Pajamas!

They loved their new PJ’s! 

We watched a movie and Thomas told us he didn’t feel well…He got the stomach flu at 10:00 pm and threw up several times during the night.  Poor guy!  :(

12-16 – 12-17-11 LEAVENWORTH

Mom and Dad decided not go give gifts this Christmas, but instead booked a cabin in Leavenworth, WA to gather the whole family together for one weekend! It was crammed, but we had TONS of fun playing games, eating delicious food, playing in the snow and going to Leavenworth! Thanks, Mom & Dad for a wonderful weekend of memories that will be treasured forever! These pictures are absolutely priceless-they’re the first family pictures we have all been together to take in a LONG time!

12-13-11 BRACES OFF!!!!!

Ashley & Aylexie were counting down the minutes…they couldn’t wait to get their braces off!  Luckily, it happened on the same day at the same time!

12-12-11 GINGERBREAD HOUSES

In Thomas’ third grade class, he got to make a gingerbread house!  There was a LOT of candy and sticky frosting, but he had a blast making it!  There was a boat made out of pretzels he parked in the back and a gingerbread marshmallow man on the roof! 

12-10-11 DATE NIGHT

 We went bowling with a bunch of friends and had a blast!  Between gutter balls, and strikes, I don’t remember laughing so much on a date!  Bowling is definitely a great date idea!  Afterwards, the Adams, Ho’s and Jeff & I went out for dessert at McDonald’s.  The lobby was closed, so we ate our dessert in the car with our windows open so we could visit!  What fun!!!

12-10-11 ZULLA WAITING FOR FOOD

Zulla is very kind but persistent when we eat.  She knows exactly who to beg from…Jeff!  He has taught her to be very gentle when she takes food from his hand.  We love Zulla!
