10-6-12 HOMECOMING

 Ashley went to homecoming with a group of friends.  Duncan asked her by leaving a huge box of goldfish crackers on the doorstep with a message of cut up words inside the crackers.  She was SO excited!!!  It wasn’t a formal homecoming, the theme was opposites attract.  Ashley and Duncan dressed up as a hippie and a soldier.  Everyone met at our house for pictures…

 

 

They went to Applebee’s for dinner, went to the dance at school and took pictures then went to Duncan’s for dessert and games.  What a fun night!

10-5-12 JUNIOR HOMECOMING PRINCESS

Ashley was elected Junior Princess for Homecoming.  She was SO excited!  She texted me from school at 1:43 saying…I won court!! :) then a few minutes later…I need a formal dress for tonight though!!!  I told her to get home quickly because we had work to do!  We got really lucky.  I think her dress was beautiful!  Here are some pictures of her special night…

Kristin had planned on visiting for the weekend.  They walked on the field just as Ashley was about to drive onto the field!

9-26-12 STEPHANIE & SEON’S WEDDING

 I went to Everett to help with Stephanie & Seon’s wedding.  It was absolutely beautiful!  What a great couple they make!  I feel blessed to have them be a part of my family.

We had eaten green apple suckers and took this silly picture at the nail salon!

9-22-12 KELSO INVITE

 Ashley and Aylexie are on the Skyview swim team together.  Ashley is a distance swimmer and Aylexie is a sprinter.  They both try hard each time they compete.  Here are a couple of cute pictures I took of them together…

9-18-12 HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

 I am the luckiest woman in the world.  Honest!  I feel blessed to have a husband who works hard to provide for our family, loves to have fun, is enjoyable to be around and who is very kind.  I love him!  I am SO happy I found him all those years ago and that in spite of everyone thinking I was CRAZY to marry him after dating him for only 4 months, I am SO happy I did!

9-1-12 HERON LAKES

 Emy, Trevor, Jeff & I decided to play 18 holes at Heron Lakes.  It was SO much fun!  Emy was due at the end of October, but wanted to get a good game in before she had her baby.  It’s fun to play golf with friends!

9-14-12 ANNIVERSARY TRIP TO PHOENIX

 Jeff & I decided to celebrate our 19th anniversary in Arizona so we could enjoy the sunshine and golf!  We had a blast!  I’m a horrible golfer, but I love the game.  Jeff is passionate about golf and is an excellent player!  It was fun to spend some much needed time together, enjoying golf, eating dinner together, walking around the resort sipping fruited water and I even got to go to the spa one afternoon! 

LOVED the golf carts!  The tracking devices were very helpful!!!

We had dinner/dessert at the resort and they gave us this beautiful plate full of dessert!  It was delicious!

They gave everyone tiny root beer floats.  How cute!

I was so lucky to be able to spend time with my friends, Sandy & Jennifer.  I don’t know what it is about Arizona, but two of my best friends moved there and are in the same neighborhood!  We had breakfast together and did a little shopping.  We all bought the same blouse and necklace and promised we would think of each other and our shopping excursion whenever we wore our blouses! 

We FINALLY got to go to In-N-Out Burger.  It was FABULOUS!!!  Best burgers we have ever had!!!
